NEOM The Line Experience Survey Robots

NEOM deployed two Furhat social robots at The Line Experience center to gather visitor feedback in an engaging and innovative way. Over the course of one year, the robots conducted surveys by conversing naturally with guests, asking about their impressions and thoughts on the exhibit.
